Your booking
How long can we cancel free of charge and what does “non-refundable rate” mean?
- Non refundable rates – amount is debited at the time of booking and the booking can no longer be canceled
- all other bookings can be canceled or changed free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Why are my credit card details needed?
The hotel needs the credit card details as a guarantee. We will not charge your card before check-in. You can then decide for yourself how to pay for your stay. Please note, however, that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of the first night from your card. This pre-authorization expires after a certain period of time and does not count as payment.
What types of payment do you allow?
We accept cash, ATM, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.
Are taxes included in the price?
All our prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
What are the opening hours of the reception?
Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
Do you have rooms with connecting doors?
If possible, we will be happy to book two rooms next to each other or opposite each other. Unfortunately, we do not have any room units with connecting doors.
What is the situation like for business travelers?
Singerstrasse 21/25 is located in the 1st district – central and well connected. Law firms, companies, institutions and public transportation can be reached in just a few minutes.
What are your check-in and check-out times?

Your stay
Is there internet in the hotel?
We offer free W-lan throughout the house.
Do you have air conditioning in the hotel?
All unsere Appartements sowie unser Frühstücksraum verfügen über eine Klimaanlage.
Are the apartments equipped with bathtubs or showers?
Most apartments are equipped with a bathtub, some apartments have a shower cubicle instead. Please state your preference when booking so that we can allocate the apartment where possible.
Can I smoke in the room? Is there a special smoking area?
Singerstrasse 21/25 is a non-smoking establishment. The hotel reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of EUR 250 for restoring the guest rooms to a smoke-free condition if the smoking ban is disregarded.
Is there a bar in the hotel?
There is no bar in the hotel, but you will find a selection of different bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Is there a wellness area?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a wellness area. Our team will be happy to advise you on other options such as spas, etc.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Our hotel itself does not have a restaurant. However, you will find a very large selection in the immediate vicinity.
Is there a minibar in the room?
Our apartments are not equipped with a minibar.
Is there a fitness room in the hotel?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a fitness room, but there are several gyms nearby. We will be happy to advise you at reception regarding location, opening times and accessibility.
Is it possible to print out documents?
A printer with WLAN connection is available to guests in the lobby. You are also welcome to send us your documents by e-mail, which may incur costs depending on the quantity.
Can I hold meetings on site?
Yes, the hotel has a modern conference room for up to 8 people. Perfect for small meetings, workshops or confidential discussions.
What are the breakfast times?
Our breakfast buffet is available daily;
Monday – Saturday from 6.30 to 10.30 a.m.
Sundays & public holidays from 7.30 to 11.30 a.m.Is there a laundry, ironing and cleaning service at the hotel?
If you hand in your laundry at reception by 9:00 a.m. on weekdays, it will be washed, ironed or cleaned by the next working day. Please refer to the price list at reception for prices. An iron and ironing board can be brought to the apartment if required. There is also a laundry room in the house (2 washing machines and dryers), which can be operated with 1€ coins.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
The apartment is cleaned twice a week and includes cleaning of the kitchen/kitchenette and kitchen set (cutlery, pots, pans, plates etc.) as well as cleaning of the bathroom and living areas. Towels are changed twice a week, bed linen once a week. Additional cleaning is possible on request and may incur additional costs.
Are the apartments equipped with bed linen and towels?
Yes, of course our apartments have bed linen and towels.
I would like a king-size double bed. Is that possible? Do you also offer 2 separate beds?
We are happy to prepare your booked room or apartment with a double bed, but please note that our double beds consist of two connected single beds and therefore also two separate mattresses. If required, we can separate the beds in some categories. Please indicate your bed preference when booking.
Is there a cleaning service or flexible booking options?
Yes, we offer a cleaning service on request as well as flexible booking models – whether for short stays, long-term bookings or changing team occupancy.
Is the roof terrace open to the public?
The roof terrace belongs to our penthouses and is only accessible to guests who have just rented one.
Can I bring my pets with me?
You are welcome to bring your dog with you for an extra charge of EUR 40 per stay. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed in our hotel.
Does the hotel have facilities for babies/children?
Free of charge: Baby cribs with bedding and a high chair in the breakfast room. We are happy to heat up baby food or milk for you at any time in the kitchen/reception.
Your journey
How far is it to the nearest train station?
- International trains depart from the main station, which can be reached in a few minutes on the U1 line, and Westbahnhof, which can be reached on the U3 line.
- Trains run between Landstraße / Wien Mitte station and the airport approximately every 30 minutes, including the CAT – City Airport Train, which runs non-stop in 16 minutes.
- All stations can also be reached by a short cab ride of 10-15 minutes.
We are traveling by car, where can we park and how much does it cost?
In all inner city districts, including the 1st district, there is a short-term parking zone from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 22:00. One hour’s parking costs Euro 4.20 and the maximum parking time is 2 hours. Parking tickets are available at the tobacconist (Singerstrasse 5) and at ticket machines of the Wiener Linien in all Vienna subway stations. Our apartment building has its own underground parking garage, the entrance is at Riemergasse 16. Please reserve your parking space in good time. The parking space and the room are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure. The price is Euro 42,–/night.
What is the easiest way to get to Hotel Singerstrasse 21/25?
The nearest public transport stop is Stephansplatz subway station (subway lines U1 & U3).
How far away is the nearest airport? Do you also offer an airport transfer service?
Vienna-Schwechat – approx. 23 km. We are happy to organize your transfer, with an approximate travel time of 40 minutes. The pick-up from the airport costs € 45,–, the drive to Vienna Airport costs € 40,–. For more than 3 persons we can organize a transfer by minibus, the costs for this are € 80,–. Please let us know at least one day in advance for your desired transfer. There are also regular train and bus connections.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Can I leave my suitcases if I arrive early or want to leave late?
You can store your luggage free of charge at reception on the day of arrival before check-in or on the day of departure after check-out.

Can we read our usual newspapers at your place?
We offer you a free selection of English-language newspapers.
Where can I get tickets for public transportation?
You can buy tickets from ticket machines or ticket counters at every station, and there are ticket machines at every subway station. Tickets are also sold in tobacconists (Tabaktrafik, Singerstraße 5).
Do you offer rooms with a view over the city?
Yes, all business apartments have their own desk and fast WLAN – ideal for concentrated work during your stay.
Is a combination with a leisure or family program possible?
Absolutely! Thanks to the central location, you can ideally combine work and leisure. Your family can explore Vienna while you work – and in the evening you can enjoy city life together.
Sustainability
Do you offer special food for food intolerances (e.g. vegetarian, lactose or gluten tolerance)?
If you let us know before you arrive, we will be happy to prepare a special meal for you.
Can I get toiletries at the hotel?
Hygiene articles such as slippers, sewing case, disposable toothbrush, razor, shoe polish sponge and toothbrush mug can be brought to the room on request.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Our hotel has an elevator that allows you to easily reach all floors.
Do you offer bed linen for allergy sufferers?
Our bedding is allergy-friendly and all apartments have parquet flooring.
Is the tap water of drinking water quality?
Vienna’s tap water comes from the Vienna High Spring Water Pipeline and is of excellent drinking water quality.
What sockets are there in the apartments?
Our apartments are equipped with the typical “Type F” sockets. If you need an adapter, you can find them in electronics stores nearby. Our team will be happy to help you.
