Non-accessible content

a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations

• PDF documents: Some older PDF files (e.g., price lists or menus) are not tagged and are therefore difficult for screen reader users to read. Please let us know if you have any difficulties with specific documents. Upon request, we will prepare the content in an accessible format and subsequently replace the documents or supplement them with accessible alternatives.
• Aria labels: Some interactive elements should be better labeled with Aria to achieve greater comprehensibility.
• Use of native HTML: Different types of solutions have been used for some elements, but this could often be solved more easily with native HTML5 elements. However, the elements often come ready-made from plugins.

The aforementioned incompatibilities with accessibility regulations are being corrected on an ongoing basis—as far as technically possible—in the course of regular updates to our website in order to achieve the greatest possible accessibility.

b) Content that does not fall within the scope of applicable legislation

• Third-party content: Our website uses an external booking tool and a 360° video (e.g., OnePageBooking, Tour Vivis 3D). We have no direct influence on the accessibility of these external applications, but we strive to provide accessible alternatives.
