The SINGERSTRASSE 21/25 apartment building is located in the heart of Vienna’s city center, just a 3-minute walk from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and offers its guests 78 fully furnished apartments, 4 exclusive rooftop maisonettes and 37 underground parking spaces.

Since its opening in 1995, SINGERSTRASSE 21/25 has established itself as the first address for longer stays in Vienna. Diplomats, business people and artists appreciate the unique location and the facilities of the apartments and feel at home here. Since the renovation in 2015/2016, a breakfast room and a meeting room have been added to our offer.

Do you enjoy working with people from all over the world and are curious about what goes on behind the scenes in a hotel? Then you were born to be a hotel clerk and are very welcome to join our team at the Apartmenthotel Singerstrasse!

YourTasks

Your apprenticeship will last 3 years. You will receive a detailed training plan from us, where you can read exactly what you will learn with us.
During your apprenticeship, you will have a contact person at your side who will support you and be happy to help you with any questions or problems.
The most important tasks are assisting with check-in & check-out at reception, putting together offers, answering emails and the telephone.
You will gain basic knowledge of marketing & e-commerce, such as designing newsletters or shooting short videos.
You will be trained as an all-rounder and can get to know different areas of a hotel – from office, reception, accounting to marketing.
Apprenticeship with a future – after your apprenticeship, you will be a problem solver, conflict manager and service expert, just a few steps up to a management position.
Of course, you will also have to work weekends with us – but you will have every other weekend off and can plan your free time well in advance.

Insights into other hotels:

At the List Group, we have hotels in Vienna, Tyrol and Carinthia: Once a year, you have the opportunity to gain an insight into a different hotel.

Matura:

You have the opportunity to take the Matura during your apprenticeship.

Knowledge:

Wide range of further education and training opportunities, such as complaints management, R&Y training, job rotations or apprentice trainer exams.
