Apartments and Double Rooms

Our Double Rooms (without a kitchenette) will be cleaned daily, from Monday to Saturday, except on sundays & public holidays

The apartments will be cleaned every three to four days. Additional cleanings can be requested for a fee

Check-In: Your apartment will be available from 2pm

Check-Out: We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment until 11am

Additional bed at € 40,- per day - on request

Payment
You may settle your bill by paying in cash, with a credit card, or a cash card. In order to secure reservations, we kindly ask you to provide us with your credit card details including the expiry date.

Parking
We are pleased to offer a parking space in our in-house garage at the rate of € 40 per day. The entrance to our garage is further down at „Riemergasse“. Please note that a reservation is required.
Airport Transfer
Make your arrival more comfortable and book a transfer for Euro 40,-- per car (max. 4 people). Please let us know your arrival time and your flight number no later than 24h before your arrival.

Pets
Dogs may only be admitted upon request. Furthermore, in case of admission, Euro 40,-- as a single end cleaning fee will be charged.
Smoking
Singerstrasse 21/25 is a non-smoking establishment. The ban is in place on smoking in all rooms, restaurant and common facilities. Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee of Euro 250,-- for cleaning where ban is disregarded in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
