Pets

Dogs may only be admitted upon request. Furthermore, in case of admission, as a single end cleaning fee will be charged (starting from Euro 40,--, depending on the lenght of stay).

Smoking

Singerstrasse 21/25 is a non-smoking establishment. The ban is in place on smoking in all apartments, restaurant and common facilities. Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee ( Euro 200,--) for cleaning where ban is disregarded in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

 The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry (AGBH) apply.

Cleaning Service

The cleaning service in included  twice a week.
It includes cleaning of the kitchen/kitchenette and kitchen set (cutlery, pots, pans, plates etc.) as well as the cleaning of bath room and living room. Towels will be changed twice a week and bed linen once a week. Extra cleaning possible on request and additional costs may occur.

You may settle your bill by paying in cash, with a credit card, or a cash card. In order to secure reservations, we kindly ask you to provide us with your credit card details including the expiry date.

Parking

We are pleased to offer a parking space in our in-house garage at the rate of Euro 42,-- per day. The entrance to our garage is  at „Riemergasse 16“. Please note that a reservation is required. 

Airport Transfer

Make your arrival more comfortable and book a transfer (Euro 45,--/car, max. 4 people). Please let us know your arrival time and your flight number no later than 24h before your arrival.

Transfer to the airport costs Euro 40,-- per car (max. for 4 people).
